Monitoring Neoantigens in Cancer Vaccination with Unseen-Epitope Annotations

In the poster presented at the Antwerp TCR Conference 2025, we showcase the first analysis using ImmuneWatch DETECT’s unseen-epitope capabilities. By applying the tool to TCR repertoires from a neoantigen cancer vaccination trial, we demonstrate that unseen-epitope annotations can already provide valuable insights into the immune response to neoantigens. Alongside the poster, we have made all the code available so you can follow along and run the analysis yourself on our documentation's walkthrough.
