ImmuneWatch Partners with Single Cell Discoveries to Bring TCR-Epitope Annotations to Single-Cell Services

We are thrilled to announce a new strategic partnership with the Netherlands-based Single Cell Discoveries, a leading provider of single-cell sequencing solutions. This collaboration integrates our powerful epitope annotation tool, ImmuneWatch DETECT, directly into the single-cell T cell receptor sequencing and data consulting services offered by Single Cell Discoveries.

This partnership addresses a critical need in immunology research: bridging the gap between identifying a T-cell receptor (TCR) sequence and understanding its specific target. While high-throughput single-cell sequencing can generate vast amounts of TCR data, researchers are often left with the challenge of interpreting the function and specificity of these receptors.

By combining the best-in-class technologies from both companies, we are creating a seamless, end-to-end solution. Single Cell Discoveries utilises the 10x Genomics 5’ TCR Immune Profiling platform to deliver high-quality sequencing data. Now, through this partnership, their clients can immediately leverage our ImmuneWatch DETECT tool to analyse that data, annotate specific epitopes, and unlock a new level of biological understanding.
