  • QIAseq Targeted RNA TCR Panel library preparation
  • Full NGS sequencing and clonotype data processing
  • TCR clustering and antigen-TCR annotation from ImmuneWatch DETECT analysts

Awards cover up to 24 samples and complete within 6 months, with priority for projects in cancer and autoimmunity: longitudinal TCR clone tracking, clonal expansion or contraction, and immune monitoring across immunotherapy, cell therapy, or vaccine trials. Applications close 30 October 2026.
