ImmuneWatch DETECT featured in clinical trial poster at ESMO GI 2026

ImmuneWatch DETECT was used in a clinical poster presented at ESMO GI 2026 by researchers at Mayo Clinic and Treos Bio. The analysis , part of the OBERTO-301 trial in MSS metastatic colorectal cancer, used DETECT to annotate tumour-reactive T cell clonotypes from paired blood and tumour samples, linking vaccine-induced immune responses to clinical outcomes including overall survival.
